Deben Boatyard provides comprehensive marine engineering, electrical and propulsion services, supporting vessels of all sizes with reliable, well-considered solutions delivered by an experienced team.

We specialise in marine diesel engines, including servicing, repairs and winterisation, as well as the supply and installation of new diesel engines. We also undertake engine removal and repowering, including the replacement of diesel engines with electric propulsion systems, managing the full process from specification through to installation and commissioning.

In addition to inboard engines, we offer outboard motor servicing and maintenance. We can collect your outboard from your boat, service it and return it, or, if required, collect, service and store it in our secure dry storage until it is needed again.

Our wider engineering capability includes generators, watermakers, heating and air-conditioning systems, along with hot and cold water systems. We also work on AC and DC electrical systems, including charging, power management and fault-finding, as well as the installation and support of marine electronics and navigation equipment.
